Blueberry Flax Protein Shake

Ingredients:
1 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen pineapple or mango
1 banana
1/2 c almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (We used Designer Whey French Vanilla)
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
8 oz water
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Add all ingredients and blend until smoothe. Squeeze of a wedge of lime and enjoy!
